She succeeds founder Mattias Matsson, who will continue to play an active role in the company as Group CEO. Madeleine has been with Visionite since day one, and in her role as Head of VPO, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and culture. With extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and values-driven work, she now steps into the CEO role to lead Visionite into its next phase of growth.
