Meet our CEO Silja Alvik
The Helsinki office was established in the fall of 2023 in the heart of Hakaniemi, in the completely renovated Siltasaari 10 building. The office is ideally located close to public transport, and the surroundings offer restaurants, services and the walking trails of Tokoinranta. The newly renovated, bright space on the third floor has an open workspace, conference rooms, a lounge and a kitchen. Additional space can be rented downstairs as needed.
Silja has extensive B2B experience from the IT consulting industry with a large network of clients and IT specialists. She benefits greatly from her previous experience in recruitment and sales.

I am primarily motivated by two things – people and continuous learning. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and helping others. Meeting different people opens up new perspectives, the opportunity to expand networks and collaborate with talented people. For these reasons, I also love working in recruitment and sales. Learning new things, continuous development and growth inspire me. I see these as things that continue in a way as an endless process without a clear end. I believe that in this role I get to meet many new people and grow with new things!
Why is balance between work and leisure important?
Personally, it is really important for me to spend free time with family, friends and my own hobbies, because these bring joy and energy to life. I strongly believe that a reasonable balance between one’s free time and work is a prerequisite for well-being and coping. My goal is to build a culture in the Helsinki office that encourages exactly this.
